These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are the rules for using pdftoflip at pdftoflip.com, including flipbook creation, the free catalog, optional translations, guest use, registered accounts, and Premium. By using the site you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

pdftoflip is an online Software-as-a-Service. We let you upload a PDF, EPUB, or images and turn them into a 3D flipbook, share a view link, and request extra language versions. We also publish a catalog of public-domain books. Features, limits, and availability can change.

The service is provided over the internet. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every PDF will convert or translate perfectly. Keep your own copy of important files.

2. Who may use it

  • You must be old enough to form a contract in your country (usually 18). If you are 16 or 17, a parent or guardian must agree.
  • You must not use the service if you are barred by law from doing so.
  • One person or organization is responsible for each account.

3. Accounts and guests

You may create flipbooks without an account, subject to daily and per-file limits. An account lets us list your books, apply Premium limits, and keep files longer.

You must give a real email you control, keep your password secret, and tell us if you think the account was misused. We may suspend accounts that look abusive or unsafe.

4. Your files and the catalog

You keep ownership of PDFs you upload and the flipbooks we generate for you, as far as the law allows.

You grant pdftoflip a limited licence to host, convert, translate, and transmit those files so we can show the flipbook and language versions. That licence lasts while the book is stored on our servers.

You confirm that you have the right to upload the file (including any images or text inside it). Do not upload malware or illegal content.

Catalog titles are public-domain or otherwise cleared works we import for reading. They are not your private uploads. Do not treat catalog files as if we granted you a commercial publishing licence beyond personal reading on this site.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Attack, scrape in a harmful way, or overload the service.
  • Bypass payment, caps, or security checks.
  • Use the service to harm others, spread malware, or break the law.
  • Resell raw access to our conversion or translation engines as if they were your own API without a written deal with us.

We may refuse, throttle, or delete jobs that threaten the platform or other users.

6. Premium and payments

Paid plans are described on the site at the time you subscribe. Fees are charged through Stripe. Taxes may apply. Subscriptions renew until you cancel, unless the checkout page says otherwise.

Chargebacks and unpaid invoices may lead to loss of Premium features. We do not store full card numbers.

7. Translation

Language versions are produced automatically. Results can contain mistakes. You are responsible for checking a translation before you rely on it for legal, medical, financial, or other important use.

We process text to complete your request. We do not use your uploads to train public AI models.

8. Intellectual property in the site

The pdftoflip name, site design, and software we provide are ours or our licensors’. These Terms do not give you any right to copy the product except as needed to use it in a browser.

9. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, pdftoflip is not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for a claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us for Premium in the three months before the claim, or USD 20 if you paid nothing.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes and termination

We may change these Terms. The new version applies after we post it on this page. If you continue to use the site, you accept the update for future use.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close access if you break these Terms or if we shut the product down.
